Overview
Management Accountant | London | Up to £50,000 benefits including healthcare and life assurance | Banking and Financial Services Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Management Accountant will be primarily responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts whilst analysing variances and KPIs. Management Accountant Key Responsibilities: Produce monthly / quarterly management accounts with associated commercial commentary Deliver cash flow analysis, resolve revenue queries and analyse actuals versus revenue Compile astute margin analysis Budgeting and forecasting - manage budget revisions and consequent reforecasts Balance sheet analysis Implement improvements in both financial reporting and systems Ad hoc strategic analysis as required Candidate Requirements: Excellent academic record of achievement Newly CIMA / ACCA qualified Previous banking or financial services sector experience advantageous Ability to work with a complex, matrix structure Strong management accounting experience Ability to accurately interrogate data from various sources Self sufficient with the ability to influence stakeholders Emotionally intelligent and confident working in a fast paced, professional environment Excellent IT / Finance systems skills This constitutes an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a role where they can make a mark and deliver meaningful change whilst working within a high growth, very successful company with ambitious plans for the future.
