Financial Controller
Overview
Outstanding opportunity to join an established and growing SME business with an impressive track record in a Financial Controller role. Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional leader of their finance team to take ownership of the day to financial control and management for their business. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Management of a small finance team Monthly management accounts production and development Budgets and forecasts Cash flow forecasting Balance sheet reconciliations Business partnering and commercial support Transactional services VAT and Pensions The successful candidate will clearly be of graduate calibre and comfortable working up to Director level. You will be a qualified accountant with a strong track record in a finance leadership role ideally in a business such as manufacturing, retail, construction, food or engineering. You will have experience and expertise in supporting business change, financial planning and performance and business partnering as well as the usual month to month reporting and controls. Additionally you will be able to work in a fast paced, challenging, change orientated environment and be both hands on and a leader.
