Overview
Location: National (mostly Scotland, Manchester & Leeds areas for full 5 day week at a time) Salary for Service Engineer Role: Salary £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience and ability 28 days holiday (inc Bank Holidays) Uniform Provided Company van Overtime and call outs Must have CSCS or ECS Card We are looking for a multi-disciplined (CCTV, intruder, access control and fire) engineer to service Fire & Security systems. Applicants must have a proven track record in the Fire & Security sector - 3 years minimum is essential. Duties of Service Engineer: Servicing & fault investigation of systems at various commercial sites. Although this is a service role the company withholds the right for the role to become installation orientated at any time. Ensure repairs and installations of systems are to a high standard. Meet clients and ensure a first class service delivery when on-site. Work to strict company / client deadlines. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Successful applicants for the Service Engineer role should meet the following criteria: Experience of CCTV, intruder, access control and fire systems installation, servicing and repair. Be Familiar with Current Standards both EN and BS Experience of producing reports and completing paperwork accurately. Experience of working closely with clients and customers. The ability to work on your own and willingness to show initiative. must be computer literate as you will be working with IP equipment. A full clean driving licence is essential held for over 2 years. Be open to working away (Expenses covered) Must have CSCS or ECS Card Full five year vetting to BS7858 will be carried out along with a DBS (CRB) check. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
