About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Solutions Manager to join us, working closely with the product development and business development teams to design and present innovative in-house training proposals. Responsible for managing and driving the development and delivery of the CIOB Academy’s in-house offering; you will lead on the identification of learning needs, ensure that client training and development needs are fully understood and guide and support subject matter experts to create engaging learning programmes Prospecting for new clients and strengthening existing relationships, you will support the business development team with lead cultivation, training needs analyses, and account management. Overseeing the operational management of accounts and providing support and guidance across all levels of the Institute, you will set up, develop and manage internal quality assurance processes whilst monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness. What we’re looking for… We’re looking for an individual who is educated to Degree level with extensive experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field . We also ask that you have experience of developing long term relationships with a portfolio of clients, old and new. You will have demonstratable experience of developing and delivering learning solutions, along with a knowledge of instructional design methods and tools including e-learning, virtual classroom, distance learning and face to face training. With superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills, you will have a background of project management of the full training lifecycle, from design to evaluation.
