PRIVATE CLIENT PARTNER: The firms highly regarded Family Wealth department in Oxford are looking for a Partner to join their busy team. Ideally you will be a Member of STEP and have experience in running your own independent caseload of files covering estate administration (including taxable estates), Wills and estate planning and trust advice (setting up and advising re trusts) with experience in dealing with more complex cases involving HNW individuals. You will also be familiar with taxation and management of trusts, including former A&M trusts, 18-25 trusts, interest in possession trusts and discretionary trusts, including the interaction with s31 Trustees Act 1925. Experience leading at team and/or supervising junior members of the team and assisting them in their career development. You must be ambitious, a proactive individual who has a strong work ethic with a desire to be a strong team player.
