Overview

A superb opportunity with real potential at a substantial ranked Kent practice Private Client Solicitor (NQ to 2 years PQE) You will develop a full Estate planning caseload under supervision or directly advising on and drafting Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, tax planning and related matters. You may also be asked to take on some probate matters, to help you gain experience of administering estates. My client works in close association with accountancy professionals and financial advisers. You will be encouraged to become involved with the Marketing & Business Development activities. A willingness to work towards STEP or CTA qualification is desirable.
