To apply please call Kaye on 020 7183 8586 and quote Job Ref: 0121 OVERVIEW: • An experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum with some probate expertise to deal with high value property transactions of £2m-£10m • Highly competent in dealing with completions, completion statements, land registry matters and will ideally have sound knowledge of the London Leasehold Market, • This locum assignment is available to commence immediately, initially for a period of 3-4 months, with the strong likelihood of extension. • The successful candidate will a qualified Solicitor or Legal executive who is highly motivated, personable and able to hit the ground running to support a busy period within the firm. • Kent based offices with private parking facilities available.
