Overview
Children Panel Solicitor (4 PQE), Wakefield A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Children Panel Solicitor to join the care team of a highly regarded and long established firm in Wakefield. Due to increased work load, this well regarded firm is looking to add to its care team with the addition of an experience Childcare Solicitor and Children's Panel Member. You will be handling a busy caseload of care files, with an emphasis on guardian work. You will be a confident advocate and be attending court on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be an experienced Childcare Solicitor and an accredited member of the Children's Panel (essential). You will have a minimum of 4 years PQE, although candidates with less experience may be considered on their merits as long as they are a Panel Member. You will have previous guardian experience, and ideally be likely to get instructions from guardians following a move, although this is not essential.
