Louth-Lincolnshire This independently owned, ten bedroomed Hotel and Restaurant has recently benefited from a significant refurbishment, ideally located in the market town of Louth a short drive from the coast and is considered a leading venue for both business and pleasure. The owner is semi-retired and is not active in the business and as such the Manager will take full responsibility for the premises and will enjoy the autonomy to drive and direct the business. We are looking to recruit an experienced Hotel and Restaurant Manager but will consider an ambitious assistant looking for the next step. The ideal person will exhibit the following attributes: · Great people skills both Staff and Customers · Hunger to succeed in business · Knowledge of the Hotel and Restaurant trade .
