We are looking for a HOTEL MARKETING /E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE for our exceptional 4 Silver Star 2 AA rosette Holiday Inn Reading M4 Jct 10 , Wharfedale Road, WInnersh Triangle Wokingham Berks RG41 5TS. The hotel has been approved to rebrand to a Crowne Plaza in 2020 Conveniently located adjacent to the Winnersh Triangle Station. this exceptional new 4 silver star hotel consists of 174 spacious bedrooms with an 'Academy' consisting of 8 conference suites for up to 260 in the largest suite, the superb 2 AA Rosette Caprice fine dining restaurant , Monty's Lounge bar with resident pianist, and extensive Esprit Wellness & Spa facilities. We have a fantastic opportunity for a MARKETING/ E- COMMERCE EXECUTIVE to be part of our team You will be primarily responsible for and have ownership for the following :- 1. Utilisation of all social media channels to promote business. 2. Development of the leisure market segment . 3. D eveloping all E -Commerce and web -based sales opportunities including identification of third party websites / booking channels and intermediaries; 4. Identification of key events and the development of supporting marketing and promotional material within the hotel with particular emphasis on supporting the food & beverage business segment; 5. To support membership sales and Spa packages for the Esprit Fitness & Spa located within the hotel You should also have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal . Good IT / web based skills essential Successful candidates should ideally have a solid hotel sales background, preferably in a branded Hotel environment, with a passion to succeed.
