Overview

Area Manager – Education Catering - £32,000 plus mileage – East London The Role: This role will see you have direct responsibilities for Catering Managers and Chef Managers within each of your sites and strive to deliver great service to your customers over 7 sites. You will have strong financial acumen and commercial awareness and really have a deep understanding of client relationships and how to get the most out of a contract. You will act as an Ambassador for the company and this will filter down throughout your staffs. We are looking for a craft trained manager who can support the Food Ambassador in Training and Cooking Session. You will have experience in all HR departments and strive from developing and appraising your team to help the contract flourish. You will be an advocate for Healthy food and understand the purpose of creating healthy meals for our children and pass this down in the form of educating both the children and the parents.
