Overview
Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of a rapidly growing and hugely successful main contractor based in London. They are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their exceptional team, this successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working within a Quantity Surveyor role with projects valuing from £5m-£20m. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Procurement - the allocated surveyor shall be responsible for a works package from start to finish. Pre-order meetings - the allocated surveyor shall be responsible for a works package from start to finish. Contract drafting - the allocated surveyor shall be responsible for a works package from start to finish. Subcontractor valuations - the allocated surveyor shall be responsible for a works package from start to finish. Subcontractor variations and Subcontractor final accounts - the allocated surveyor shall be responsible for a works package from start to finish. You will be responsible for Suppliers Payments - One tick checks one ATIL for all supplier transactions - The allocated surveyor shall be responsible for a works package from start to finish. New job estimating - Responsibility of packages to be discussed and agreed at weekly procurement meetings.
