Infrastructure Support Engineer Infrastructure Support Engineer is required by a global organisation in their Farnborough office. As the Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will have a flexible approach to work, covering desktop support and network/infrastructure work. The role will include site installations, moves and changes, installing and supporting Network and Software Applications. Providing field infrastructure support, provide new infrastructure installations, working with servers and providing solutions to meet agreed Service Levels. Experienced with Supporting Applications. Strong communications, relationship building and influencing skills Excellent people management skills, with ability to communicate at all levels Willingness for 5% travel (including some time away from home) Be able to keep pace and adapt to changing and emerging technologies Desirable Skills for the Infrastructure Support Engineer: Good working knowledge of Design and Production software (CAD, CAM, 3D scanning and 3D printing) SharePoint experience, access to create and maintain SharePoint pages Good working knowledge of supporting Solidworks CAD software and related infrastructure, preferably Solidworks certified professional.
