Experienced Wordpress / PHP Developer

About the role Blue Digital are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic mid-level web developer to join their talented team. Working alongside a small but perfectly formed group of digital experts, the perfect developer would be skilled in PHP and WordPress. Ecommerce or App development experience would also be an advantage. You must have a passion for all things digital and a desire to develop your skill set. Previous experience working in a digital agency environment would be expected. Role overview Working on a variety of exciting projects including WordPress B2C and B2B websites, ecommerce and mobile Apps. You will Ideally have front-end and back-end development skills. WordPress experience is essential. An eye for good design would be an advantage as you will be working closely with our design team. Keeping client websites up-to-date is essential. Working alongside internal and external teams including design and marketing. Working with technologies/tools such as PHP, jQuery, CSS/SASS, WordPress and Divi. Essential skills Commercial WordPress experience. Knowledge of MySQL. Strong PHP skills and experience. Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
