Overview
Role: Sales Administrator Salary: c£19,000 Location: Burnley Hours: Monday to Friday- 8:30am- 5pm with a 3:30pm finish on Friday’s Tailor Made Sourcing are delighted to be working exclusively with an innovative manufacturing organisation established over thirty years ago. Our industry leading client manufacture over 300 million products per year and are internationally renowned. Due to significant growth, they are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales Administrator to support the wider Sales team. This role is permanent and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am- 5pm with a 3:30pm finish on a Friday Roles and responsibilities; ? Provide dedicated sales support administration to the Account Managers ? Support the planning team, ensuring customers’ orders are processed correctly and that requirements can be met ? Checking stock records, production records and order book to ensure customers orders are correct ? Keeping all customer data and records up to date and issuing figures when required ? Utilising Sage and Microsoft Excel to process orders The ideal candidate will; ? Be an excellent communicator ? Be proactive and eager to work hard ? Be able to work accurately with figures ?
