Telesales Executive

A large call centre based in Burnley require Telesales Executives on a permanent basis to join their team Your new company You will work for a nationwide organisation, with a multi-million pound operation across the UK. This organisation has a vast office network spread across the UK, with a number of offices in the North. You will work within a local call centre based in Burnley, Lancashire, working as part of a highly experienced and close-knit team who work together to deliver excellent customer service, to a diverse customer portfolio across the entire UK. Your new role You will work as part of a busy and fast-paced, outward facing telesales team who engage with customer across the UK. Your role will be to discuss with customers their challenges, and to recommend what service or product best suits their needs. You will manage your own set accounts and take accountability for growing these commercially, delivering growth and excellent customer satisfaction. What you'll need to succeed You will be confident, ambitious and strive to achieve the best result in everything you do. You will be professional, friendly and be entirely customer focused, always able to provide solutions and recommendations to customers, building excellent relationships that enable repeat business and further growth down the line. Determination and resilience is key in this role, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
