Customer Service Advisor - Temp role - Immediate start - £10.12 per hour - Based in Preston Your new company You will be supporting an extremely important service at this current time and will work to relieve the stress currently being put upon the NHS. Working for a reputable organisation to support the country you will provide a first class service to ensure we combat the current circumstances in the best way possible. Your new role You will be working as a incoming call centre operative and will be required to work a number of shifts across 6 days a week on a temporary basis. Working on a dialler system you will take incoming calls from the general public and will work through a bespoke scripted system that will deliver an outcome on where to send the call next. You will provide a fast, efficient service ensuring you provide excellent customer service at all times. What you'll need to succeed You will be available to commence a role immediately and must have a clear, confident telephone manner. Coming from a background where you have dealt with people is extremely beneficial. You will be a committed individual who prides themselves on providing first class customer service and must be punctual at all times. The role is on an ongoing temporary basis and you will be paid £10.12 per hour inclusive of holiday pay. You will work 42 hours a week on a set rota. You can choose your day off prior to start date and that will not change thereafter. Shifts are - 8AM-4PM 10AM-6PM 12PM-8PM There are multiple opportunities available and the start date will be 23/03/20.
