Corporate This mid market national law firm has a hugely successful corporate team, recognised at the Manchester Legal Awards over consecutive years. Immensely proud of their culture, work life balance and quality of work on offer, they are now looking to add an experienced hire to their team at Senior Associate/Principal Associate level. This corporate team provides a comprehensive range of corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins and trade sales and disposals. They also handle the full range of company formations, re-organisations, re-structuring. joint ventures and shareholder agreements. The clients are predominantly OMBs and SMEs which affords a certain flexibility in terms of the expectations of hours required. Every member of the team is encouraged to build close relationships with clients and be involved in business development activities, rather than just playing a small role as part of a huge team. Do to new client wins and a very healthy pipeline of work, they are now looking to bring in an experienced corporate lawyer ideally at Senior Associate/Principal Associate level, to sit below the Partners and play a key role in the team. The successful candidate will be able to manage their own caseload and mentor more junior corporate lawyers in the team. They are looking for someone with initiative, a flexible approach and excellent communication skills to be able to build a rapport with both clients and colleagues.
