Residential/Commercial Conveyancer | Gravesend | Kent An opportunity has arisen in a well respected and established high street practice. FIRM This firm of highly-experienced partners pride themselves on 'professional, approachable and efficient' services. ROLE This opportunity sits within a proactive and expanding residential conveyancing team. The role will have a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters and some commercial when required. REQUIREMENTS You will be an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Residential Conveyancer or Legal Executive with expertise in a broad range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters including Freehold and leasehold sales / purchases, Transfers of equity Remortgages , Stamp duty procedures, Title checking, Search reports and Enquiries. You will also be confident dealing with Freehold sales/purchases, Leasehold sales/purchases including the grant of leases, The regulation of landlord and tenant relationships, Lease renewals, Deeds of surrender, Refinancing and Acquisitions and sales of businesses The successful Residential Conveyancer will also be able to deal with Utilities agreements have an active involvement in business development and experience in Dealing with all matters from beginning through to completion BENEFITS The perfect Residential Conveyancer will be compensated with a generous salary and bonus, private healthcare and additional benefits within a comprehensive package.
