Civil Litigation Solicitor/ 5 PQE/ North London/ £40-£55k/ Ambitious High Street Practice – JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Solicitor EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5 LOCATION: London SALARY: Circa £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience THE ROLE: An opportunity to undertake a most exciting and challenging position has arisen for a passionate Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a thriving High Street Practice. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to manage a small team in addition to a variety of interesting civil litigation matters. Your caseload is likely to include Landlord and Tenant matters, contractual disputes, employment litigation and boundary disputes. You will need to be hands on in resolving legal issues and your ability to balance leadership with the right values for the best commercial outcomes will be a significant factor in your success. THE CANDIDATE: We require an ambitious individual with the flair required to lead a small team to success and achievement. A qualified Solicitor with upwards of five years experience gained within civil litigation, the successful candidate will be driven and motivated, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide robust advice to clients. You will take enjoyment from developing and mentoring more junior team members and will be able to demonstrate your track record in this area. You will possess the highest level of personal integrity alongside an active and dynamic approach to work and ‘getting things done'. THE ORGANISATION: This long established practice offers full service to clients across the London, Essex and Hertfordshire areas. This particular team offers substantial levels of expertise across the full remit of civil litigation matters.
