Credit Hire Litigation Executive
Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced credit hire litigation executive to join the UK's leading defendant insurance firm based in the friendly Manchester office. You will handle a caseload of pre-litigated, fast track credit hire matters on a delegated authority basis, including high value and complex cases. This is an opportunity to build up your advocacy skills by attending telephone conferences and applications. Your responsibilities will include: reviewing quantum engaging in negotiations making and considering offers of settlement drafting court documents working under court orders and directions Previous defendant Credit Hire experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates coming from an exclusive claimant background are also encouraged to apply. You will ideally have a strong track record in handling a Credit Hire caseload and work in accordance with client SLAs.
