Conveyancer Huddersfield QED Legal are working with a well-regarded regional practice in the Huddersfield area who are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to head up their expanding team. The wider property team is headed by a leading property lawyer well known in West Yorkshire with great contacts. The role is for someone at an experienced level to come in a grow the residential offering. Although there is existing work the firm feel there is real room to grow and will support the team in terms of budget and advertising to realise the further potential. The role will be dealing with the full range of residential sale and purchase transactions from start to finish. This is a mixed role in that there is traditional face to face work and some panel-based business. This is not a 'conveyancing factory' and you will get a good blend of work in a multi service law firm. The firm whilst having a commercial edge has a friendly, family feel to it, and the turnover of staff here is low which is testament to a positive working environment. Salary is competitive for not only the Huddersfield market but Leeds too with a realistic bonus scheme plus benefits.
