The role This legal 500 firm are seeking to hire a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor into their flourishing Hampstead, London office. You will work with a close-knit team, the team are friendly, supportive and professional. You will be the most senior fee earner in the commercial property department, they are currently busy. You will have the autonomy to make the role your own, but equally will have good support from the other Partners within the firm. This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including head of department and partner prospects. The firm has a loyal client base, the commercial property department deals with an excellent quality of work. You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals and Investment work.
