The Finance, Restructuring and Insolvency team carry out banking and finance work, including refinancing, acquisition finance, real estate finance, restructuring, inter creditor issues and general banking/security work work closely with specialist corporate, commercial and real estate teams with an international reach, representing banks, well known companies and smaller businesses.
