This firm are an international practice with a presence throughout both Europe and further afield and are looking to strengthen their presence in the South East of the UK. Based in Reading, this firm have an impressive FTSE 100 client base, including the likes of Coca-Cola. Although they also deal with SME and entrepreneurs alike, making for an interesting and diverse client base and work load. The Role The firm is recruiting for a Senior Associate Banking and Finance Solicitor 4 years PQE to join for their thriving Reading, Berkshire office. Client service is at the heart of their ethos, they believe in providing the personal touch, they have many client tools which enable them to deliver excellent service, this practice is ahead of the curve when it comes to service and relationship building. The Banking/Finance team are innovative and set trends in the market. You will deal with a varied client base range from medium sized companies to large FTSE 100's, this variety will make for a much more interesting role. The team works with the UK's leading banks, other funders and commercial clients on financial transactions such as structured finance, real estate finance and more. You will work alongside top Solicitors and Partners, assisting in drafting and negotiating corporate and banking documents, management of documents in transactions, registration of security, dealing with completions and completion mechanics, and more.
