Overview
Banking & Finance Solicitor - Thames Valley Leading regional law firm that is regarded within the top 100 law firms and for putting its employees first and offers a real work/life balance. This nationally recognised law firm is seeking to expand their Banking & Finance Team based in the Thames Valley. The role will involve working alongside a team of highly skilled solicitors on a wide range of transactions, acting for borrowers, lenders and investors that include leading PLC's, household names and Banking Institutions. The role would suit a Solicitor with a minimum of 4 PQE gained at a leading regional or national law and used to dealing with banking and finance transactions across a diverse range of sectors often with multi-jurisdiction matters. My client offers excellent on-going training and support with access to high profile work and a high degree of autonomy.
