Overview
This elite US law firm is looking for an Associate lawyer (2-4PQE) to join its leading Private Equity practice in London. The successful candidate will join the growing team, working on some of the most interesting transactions in the market (traditional PE funds, but also sovereign wealth funds, funds of funds and pension funds, for example). You will work with a genuine range of clients, from smaller players to some of the highest profile (PEI top 100) clients in the field - providing better workflow and exposure to a broader array of clients and deals.
