Operating out of new modern offices across the UK and commercial offices in the heart of Liverpool city centre, this leading international specialist law firm is seeking an experienced and passionate medical or clinical negligence solicitor to work within its dedicated product liability department on an array of negligence or injury claims. The team consists of vastly experienced medical negligence specialists, both qualified and non-qualified fee earners, dealing with a truly varied caseload of product liability matters (including trans vaginal mesh, hormone implants, HPT, medicines etc) on behalf of individuals against some of the leading health corporations and manufacturers globally. You should be a qualified Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE) and have a background in medical/clinical negligence (claimant or defendant experience considered). You should possess strong litigation experience/skills and will have seen a clinical negligence claim through its full cycle. Ideally, you will posses managerial/team leader experience as you will be at the forefront of developing this fantastic team. You must have litigation experience for this position as this is the focus of the workload and will be confident working autonomously. You will have full support from paralegals and assistants within the team to provide the best level of service for your clients nationwide. You will be a real team player with an excellent attention to detail.
