Role: Residential Conveyancer Location: Greater Manchester Dates: ASAP - 1 month Rates: £25-30ph An urgent position has become available for a Locum Residential Conveyancer in a Legal 500 leading firm. Our client an established and highly accredited firm of Solicitors are currently recruiting a Locum Residential Conveyancer for 1 month, with potential to extend beyond. This position is available for an experienced Locum Residential Conveyancer or equivalent with the ability to deal with all aspects of Residential Property Law including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, Remortgages and more. Experience using case management systems is desirable but not a necessity. The successful Locum Residential Conveyancer will be joining an already established team of Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals to assist with a busy caseload. The client urgently require somebody to start next week, so this role will not be available for long.
