Overview
A top regional law firm has an urgent requirement for an experienced Conveyancer to join its Tunbridge Wells office for a full-time, permanent role. You can expect a market leading salary and support to grow with the practice while developing your conveyancing career. This role would suit a Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC with at least 5 years' PQE. Your New Role As a key appointment to the firm, the successfully placed Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for: Active involvement in helping to shape the firm and it's Conveyancing offering across Kent Marketing and business development activities Overseeing a caseload of residential property and conveyancing work Helping to mentor junior members of the team About You The firm looks to hire a Licensed Conveyancer, qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who demonstrates: 5 years of PQE / experience Sound knowledge, competence and confidence in residential property law Experience in residential property Training with an established practice Keenness to participate in marketing activities and drive business forward Looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience Benefits This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, well respected firm in the local area, offering £45,000 - £55,000 per annum , competitive benefits and genuine long-term career prospects .
