FTC | Term 5 to end of year | Year 5/6 mixed class Your new company Your new primary teaching job will be as a teacher in an established primary school in BS30. This school offers children good levels of personal development, behaviour and welfare and shares a wide range of vision and values, such as respect, adventure and ambition. You will be supporting the school in ensuring that all children are 'global citizens', helping them to understanding their role both within their community and the wider world. Your new role You will be covering a period of leave for a staff member until the end of the academic year, with potential for a permanent role elsewhere in the school for September. This primary school is looking for an experienced KS2 teacher to take over the current Year 5 class and to 'hit the ground running', continuing the good work for the rest of the year. This primary school is aiming high with a five year strategic plan, so this is an ideal time to get involved in this school's journey to the top What you'll need to succeed You must hold QTS, have experience working with the UK curriculum in KS2 and a valid DBS certificate on the Update service, (or be willing to process a new one). The school are also looking for a confident primary school teacher who is able to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners and ensure continued progress is made during this period of staff absence. A positive, 'can-do' attitude will be vital to continue to build upon the success of the class and school so far.
