Business Application Support Analyst - Permanent - Colchester - Competitive Salary Your new company I am currently working with a dynamic and growing organisation based in Colchester who are looking to bring on-board a Business Application Support Analyst into their experienced IT department. Your new role In your new role you will be primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of the business applications that are used to deliver the organisations products and services. you will see yourself responding to internal and external user support requests seeing them through to final resolution. As well as the day to day support, you will also take ownership and management of the business application modification and improvement projects. In addition to the primary business system support and development, the role will assist other members of the IT team and wider business, when required. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of reports and documentation for the application portfolio. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this position your previous experience in a similar 2nd/3rd Line role, knowledge and experience of supporting business applications and a basic understanding and administration of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Office 365, SQL. Your ability to communicate and build relationships effectively with users and external customers alike and having experience working with APIs, HTML/PHP, PowerShell, SQL Queries/scripting will also all lead to your success in this position.
