They specialise in delivering multiple high profile residential / mixed-use scheme in and around London. Due to company expansion, they are seeking to recruit a Senior Technical Manager to join an exciting development in West London. The project is a large scale, high rise mixed-use scheme of over 300 units. As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be managing the Technical team, including 2-3 Technical Managers. Roles / Responsibilities · To manage, lead and control in-house technical staffs as well as external consultants but still willing and capable of interrogating drawings from all disciplines · To be conversant with project design responsibilities matrix and appointments relating to services they are responsible for · Communicate with the design team regularly promoting effective communication between all design team members · Keep Technical Director constantly appraised on all current project development · Input into new land opportunities · Tender, take instruction and manage site surveys and production of written reports use on their projects against the project delivery programme · Resolve all day to day problems as they arise by preparing solutions thereto and, where appropriate, liaising with the Technical Director for approval Key Skills & Abilities · Strong knowledge and experience in leading high rise, residential or mixed-use projects · Experience working for a Developer or Main Contractor · Able to communicate at all levels with consultants, site staff, subcontractors and client disciplines · Proven track record of delivering large scale projects · Been involved in a project from inception to completion · Ability to interpret chart programmes · Educated to degree level or equivalent (no essential) Benefits & Package · Competitive basic salary dependent on experience · Extensive benefits package including: Bonus, Healthcare and Care Allowance To apply or for a confidential conversation please contact Chris Bennett at Aylin White by replying to this advert.
