Overview
Working for a market leading professional services organisation, you will join in the brand new role of Business Development Manager. You will have a track record selling into HR professionals within International organisations and clearly be able to show the commercial impact you have had on your most recent employer. You will be: Researching and identifying potential client businesses; identifying and making contact with the relevant budget holder Attending networking events, exhibitions and so on to promote the organisation and gain sales leads Building relationships with key contacts with the ultimate goal of securing a face to face meeting to demonstrate your organisations value added services. You will have previously worked in a similar role, selling outsourced solutions into HR professionals. You will be resilient, robust and highly persuasive - adept at overcoming objections and building your network with influential decision makers. You will be joining the business at an exciting time - they have recently introduced a new service offering and have developed a clear value proposition for you to share. You will be generously remunerated and will receive full training and support as you get up to speed.
