Overview
Due to continued expansion, our client who are an award winning and leading mortgage specialist, are seeking to recruit a Commercial Mortgage Broker to place commercial mortgages with a variety of lenders. You will be responsible assessing and placing commercial lending enquiries with a panel of lenders, ensuring the appropriate client solution is achieved. You will liaise with intermediaries on behalf of their clients to bring cases to completion. Candidates need to come from a commercial mortgage / lending background. Ideally you will be CeMAP qualified, although this is not essential. You will be self motivated and have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries.
