The firm's litigation department handles a wide variety of civil & commercial litigation work, including property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate and employment disputes, creating an opportunity for the successful candidate to work on a diverse caseload. You must be experienced in running your own caseload under minimal supervision, as the firm is looking for a civil & commercial litigation solicitor who can come in and hit the ground running. The firm place great importance on well-built client relationships, so the candidate must be commercially viable and interested in marketing and business development.
