Overview
Senior IT Trainer required to work for a large Professional Services business based in Central London. Ideally you will come from a Professional Services background or, more specifically, a Law Firm / Legal IT background (as the applications here are VERY similar to that of a Law Firm) and we need character, charisma and enthusiasm to execute what needs to be done here. However, this is NOT essential and good, solid training experience will suffice. The key is for someone to be passionate enough about training so you can deal with the (sometimes) resistance from the business. We want you to have the ability to 'make training fun’. This is NOT a bog-standard Senior IT Trainer role - there are prospects and this will move on to bigger and better things, providing you have the right attitude. We want a modern and not 'death by PowerPoint’ approach to help with a huge technical transformation that the firm is currently undergoing. This will be a BAU kind of role with some Project work involved too We also want someone who is creative and understands Blending Learning. You must have IT Training experience with bog-standard Microsoft applications and you will ideally also have exposure to the likes of Filesite / iManage. However, this is not essential.
