This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Graduate who is eager to commence AAT/CIMA/ACCA to join a brilliant business based in central Brighton. The role offers one day working from home and full study support. Client Details Our client is a well established business that offers fantastic flexibility to staff, with vibrant offices. This organisation is a market leading business who have experienced growth over the last two years and looking to take the next step. Description Collate purchase orders and sales invoices from CRM system and upload to Sage Credit control and collections Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and post to Sage Resolve customer and supplier queries Batch supplier payments for authorisation Expenses and credit cards processing, reconciliation to statements Draft journals for work in progress, salaries, prepayments, accruals Help to prepare and file quarterly VAT returns AR (invoicing and administering CRM) and AP (except cost) processing Answer Clients and Suppliers queries Profile Successful candidate will be currently studying ACCA/CIMA and looking for their first role within Finance. Must have AAT or be a Finance Grad. Job Offer Competitive salary, flexible working study support. The role offers Part Time hours also.
