Overview
I am actively recruiting for a brand-new role to set up and run an effective Learning and Development provision on a part-time basis This role will be handling the learning and professional development of my client's workforce. This role will be responsible for equipping the staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively. This role will involve assessing the skills and knowledge within the organisation and determine what training is needed to grow and retain these skills. The training itself can either be delivered by yourself or a third-party trainer. Requirements of the role include: Higher education with a focus on Learning and Development or associated subject Track record of designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual Ability to project manage and implement learning and development initiatives and changes Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create develop credibility and trust at all levels To be considered for the role candidates must have: Experience of devising a training strategy Experience of building a training programme from scratch (from the idea) through to planning, implementation, review and outcomes analysis.
