Overview
The role Are you a customer service expert who wants to work for an organisation that really makes a difference? We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our dedicated Customer Service team based at our offices in Shrewsbury Avenue. Being the first point of contact for all customers and colleagues, you will be at the heart of our organisation, providing a "right first-time" solution maintaining excellent customer service. You will take calls from a range of customers, as well receiving queries via email and social media platforms, striving to resolve all enquiries efficiently. You will also provide invaluable support to colleagues with administrative tasks ensuring that we, as an organisation continue to provide an unrivalled quality of service.
