TLTP Medical are looking for a Band 6 Community Rehabilitation Physiotherapist for our NHS client based in Dorset. The role is due to start ASAP for an ongoing period. The suitable applicant will need to have a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience within an community rehabilitation setting (NHS experience preferred). This position involves working within the Integrated Community Rehabilitation Team. Within the position, you will be required to provide assessments and treatments for housebound patients, with a variety of conditions in their own home; This enabling them to achieve rehabilitation potential, and regain independence/reduce care needs.
