Assembly Fitter Havant £8.50 per hour Temp - Perm Our client based in the Havant area requires an Assembly Fitter. Job Purpose: To assemble products accurately, economically and to deadlines to a good quality in a well organised safe manor. Key Responsibilities: To assemble to drawing specification. To assemble any other product as instructed to drawing specification. To work within the companies quality system. To maintain a safe, clean, tidy, well organised assembly work environment. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Conscientious and hardworking. A good grasp of assembly fitting skills. The ability to learn and retain new tasks and information quickly and accurately. To be able to accurately interpret technical assembly drawings. The ability to work with colleagues in a positive and productive manner. A positive & flexible attitude. A reasonable level of physical fitness Tasks: Assemble products from the company range. Assemble any other products as required by the company. To repair and / or maintain returned customer products. Clean and pack products for dispatch to customers. Perform accurate stock checks as directed. To load and unloading vehicles as required. Maintain stock in a proper manor as instructed. To put away stock in correct locations as instructed.
