Overview
Role Overview: Pennington Court is an intensive support service consisting of eight separate apartments. We support people with a learning disability, who may also have mental health needs or exhibit behaviours that challenge. Our apartments are designed as a 'step up' or 'step down' for individuals who require more intensive support following deterioration in their mental health or behaviours. They are also suitable for people who are ready to move from a hospital environment into the community with intense support and structure. We work closely with other professionals, including psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, behaviour therapists and any other health professionals as required. Requirements: Support Workers in this location, experience is preferred but not necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.
