We have a great opportunity working with a highly reputable medical device organisation, whereby you will be recognised as an integral member of their Professional Education team. The role Our client are globally recognised for their presence across multiple disciplinaries in hospitals, such as surgical energy, urology and gastro. We are seeking a Clinical Education Specialist within the South West region who will be responsible for providing after sales support and training/education to key accounts. Within this role, you will be responsible for: - Leading, developing and executing professional education events for clinicians - Building relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals - Build on training support tools to ensure best practice is adhered to - Collate market intelligence and sharing best practice on reference sites - Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified nurse to break into the Education and Device industry. You will be given a great amount of autonomy and be responsible for organising your own diary. Due to the product focus, the ideal candidate will have had exposure in a theatre environment. In addition to this, the successful individual will have a passion for building relationships, with a strong sense of self-motivation. The requirements You will live within the South West region, but aside from this you will also have: · At least 3 years as a Nurse/ODP · Strong communication skills to demonstrate confidence in a teaching environment · Exposure within a theatre environment - desirable · Strong organisation skills with a personable and enthusiastic approach to work · A Driving Licence with the flexibility to travel across the South West · Ability to build solid relationships with others This is an excellent opportunity to represent a dominant medical device organisation and excel your career within education and training.
