My client is looking for an IT Support Helpdesk Engineer to join their expanding IT team You will be responsible for supporting various internal users all with their unique support requirements. As part of the IT Team, you will be maintaining and monitoring computer systems and networks, while providing internal support for the staff. You will serve as the 1st point of contact for technical queries and support to users via software, hardware and other systems. Skills: 1st Line Support Experience - Working in an internal IT Dept.
