We support adults with learning disabilities and autism with everyday skills such as cooking, personal care, social activities and looking after their homes. What will you need to join us as a Support Worker? Previous experience in social care is desirable, but not essential, due to supporting individuals with behaviours that can challenge. Full training and extensive induction will be provided, but it is essential that you are caring, enthusiastic and resilient. We are currently supporting our customers to stay safe and healthy in their homes. Usual shift patterns are 7am to 2.30pm and 2.30pm to 10pm over a 7 day period. Salary and benefits you’ll receive as our Support Worker : - Starting from £8.30 an hour, and £8.75 when supporting more complex individuals increasing to £9.00 to £9.50 from 1st April 2020 - Holiday pay - Extensive training - Enhanced sick pay Location : - Ipswich - Bramford Would you like to make a real difference to someone’s life?
