Your new role You will act as a consultant to the client base who are responsible for systems with significant programmable elements with safety & security critical work involved. You will act as a consultant and provide a service to advise clients on how to develop, procure and manage safety and security critical software. Part of your day-to-day role will include supervising development, the verification and testing of the safety critical systems and perform technical audits. What you'll need to succeed You will have solid background in software critical systems including the design and development of real-time embedded software. My client are looking for candidates with experience in the hands on development using Programmable Logic Devices (PLD) and Complex Electronic Hardware (CEH) systems. With your skills in problem solving and experience within all stages of the software development life cycle, you'll have established your knowledge as a consultant within the Aerospace, Rail, Nuclear or Medical environments.
