You’ll be the first Business Analyst to join the company, so there is notable room to shape and influence the direction of this position. You’ll be primarily responsible for developing methods to streamline internal processes, practices and workflows, and translating this to senior management within the business. Requirements: You’re degree educated (2.1 or above) You have strong experience in working proactively with senior management / stakeholders, identifying processes that need improvement You have experience in designing, delivering and streamlining processes to achieve optimal efficiency You’re familiar with Agile methodologies You’re a self-assured communicator who is confident working with people business-wide Desirable: a technical background, familiarity with the software development lifecycle and / or Python, C++ As a Business Analyst you’ll earn a highly competitive salary (to £55k) plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including family healthcare and travel allowance.
