Candidate Information Pack including benefits : https://view.pagetiger.com/bespakrecruitmentbooklet In the newly created role of Product Engineering Team Leader you will be manage a team of Product Development and Support Engineers who are responsible for ensuring the quality, cost and integrity of identified developments on our medical devices. Specifically in the area of inhalation or injectable drug delivery devices, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle from platform development to manufacturing supply, aiming to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. You will monitor work packages and allocate project work to appropriate team members to ensure you and your team deliver against agreed plans. We will also be looking for you to establish, implement and improve the p roduct designs and solutions and associated Engineering processes to ensure consistency across Bespak. You will be regularly interacting with peers across the business, suppliers and customers often as the person dealing with an escalated query and will find suitable solutions. You will be a “hands on” team leader, with a technical background, ensuring that productivity and performance goals are achieved and that a spirit of continuous improvement is embraced.
