Support Engineer - Ipswich - Permanent - Up to £30,000 Your new company I am currently working with an established organisation in Ipswich looking to on board an experienced Support Engineer into their bust IT team responsible for handling support cases in a professional, timely manner. Your new role In your new role you will see yourself supporting with the cases from both internal and external clients / users ensuring they are resolved quickly and accurately within SLA targets. Providing analysis of cases before escalating to development team if needed and alerts raised on the monitoring systems are reacted to in a suitable timescale and in an appropriate way. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in your new position you will have experience supporting similar duties previously in a busy support environment, great communication across technical and non technical issues and problem solving abilities. your previous experience of being in a payroll environment or of payroll software and systems aswell as SQL will all lead to your success in this position.
